With 40 years of experience, including 34 within his own structure, Fouad Akesbi is a recognized expert among his peers.
After graduating from Paul Sabatier University in Toulouse, Fouad decided to return to Morocco and joined the litigation department of the Tax Directorate as part of his civil service. Leveraging this experience, he decided to create his first structure: AUDIREC firm in Casablanca, specializing in legal and tax consulting and accounting expertise.
In 1998, Fouad created AD ASSOCIES to meet the evolving needs of his clients. The firm has since continued to grow and is now part of the international network PKF MOROCCO.
Fouad is or has also been a member of various networks and associations, holding prestigious positions such as:

Abdellatif Zarkal is the Founding Partner of PKF Morocco, established in 1988. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and member of the Order of Chartered Accountants with over 33 years of experience in the financial sector specializing in assurance and consulting services as well as organization, business valuation, accounting and tax. After graduating from a business school, he spent four years in the banking sector.
Throughout his career, he has led numerous business valuations and due diligence projects in both the private and public sectors. He has also assisted several companies and public institutions in implementing cost accounting and management control systems.
In addition, he has been a teacher for many years at ISCAE, one of Morocco’s leading business schools.

Siham Alami has been a Chartered Accountant since 1999 and holds a Master's degree in Financial and Accounting Sciences and Techniques, as well as a Master's degree in Management Sciences from Paris Dauphine University. She began her professional career in 1994 at Ernst & Young in Casablanca.
In 2000, she joined AD ASSOCIES as Head of the Audit Department. In 2008, she became a Partner in charge of the Accounting-Tax and Legal Departments.
She advises numerous major Corporate and Private Equity players in their transactions, with significant added value for the tax and legal implications in their development and restructuring operations.
Recognized by her peers for her tax and legal skills, she notably supported the three transactions carried out on the Casablanca Stock Exchange in 2019 and 2020 (IPO and capital increase), and she has a perfect understanding of the Moroccan regulatory framework.
On an associative level, Ms. ALAMI shares her expertise in numerous non-profit organizations supporting young entrepreneurs, and since March 2020, Siham has been a member of the Taxation and Customs Commission of the CGEM (General Confederation of Moroccan Enterprises).

Ali is a Chartered Accountant registered with the Casablanca and Paris Institutes, with 10 years of experience in accounting audit and consulting.
He began his career at PwC Paris, where he spent 4 years in the middle market department, carrying out audit assignments and accounting reporting for international groups.
Ali then decided to join the PwC office in Sydney, where he specialized in providing accounting and financial support to listed real estate groups.
In 2015, he decided to join the firm AD ASSOCIES, where he holds the position of Audit department manager.
He has developed significant expertise in assignments requiring the definition of organizational and strategic diagnostics, accounting and financial audit assignments, as well as assignments involving the development of accounting and organizational procedures manuals.
